Tag Manager


After I finished studying the platform, one of the products of the Google Marketing Platform that impressed me the most is the tag management system or as they call it the Tag Manager. Tag Manager is a tool in the Google Marketing Platform that let's you manage and deploy marketing tags. Marketing tags are short pieces of code that perform a specific task. Usually marketing tags are often modify by code but with the use of Tag Manager, you may manage your tags without any prior knowledge in programming! 



To briefly go over on how the system works, basically there are three main parts to the Google Task Manager. The first part is the one that I discuss earlier, the tags. The second one is the trigger. Trigger is the one that activates the tags that you set up. These triggers tells the Tag Manager when and what specific task to do. And the third one is variables, these are some of the supplemental information that the Google Tag Manager might need in order for your tag and trigger to work. The tags, triggers and variables work together to have the system that will boost your efficiency of managing website tags.

Hence, in the digital world, we need to adapt to the different innovations by solving it with creative solutions and efficient way of doing tasks. The google marketing platform provides an exciting way to manage our enterprise in a fast, smart and efficient system.
