3 advice that will help you get back in shape!


Today I want to talk about some tips and advice that will help in your journey towards physical fitness.

Here are some things that I find useful in pushing myself to reach my goal of being physically fit. I want to share to you three things that will help you reach that goal as well!

1. You must love what you do.

Loving what you do makes you keep going. If you don't love the work that you do,you'll be doubling the effort that you'll be putting in your work and that is inefficient. We aren't always motivated to work out but if we try combining it with something fun and exciting, we can make it work! You can try different kinds of dancing as a way of exercise, may it be learning African cultural dance,  pop dance or even classical, as long as it keeps you from reaching your goal of becoming fit. If you love outdoor adventure,  you can travel and experience exciting activities such as trekking and hiking in Nepal, scuba diving in the Philippines, or even mountain climbing in the beautiful mountains here in Canada. It doesn't matter what physical activity you choose as long as you enjoy doing it.

2. Practice Self-discipline

Self-discipline is important in our everyday lives. Without self-discipline, we cannot reach our maximum productivity. Instilling discipline  is vital process in staying physically fit. As what I've told you earlier, we are not always motivated to work out. This is the reason why instilling discipline is important so we can be consistent in the process of achieving our goal.

3. Eat healthy

A lot of people say that fitness is 10% exercise and 90% nutrition. Well there is no doubt that nutrition is a vital part of being physically fit. Hence, we should be cautious of our diet. Please stay away from donuts, soda and pizza guys. Always remember, a moment in the lips forever in the hips.
